PMDG 777 Flaps 5
#1
Hi all,
I can only calculate the take-off data with flaps 15 for the PMDG 777. Is there a way to calculate with flaps 5?
version 1.0.11
thanks Abraxas

After I got several days now answer and after updateing to V 1.1.2 I pressume that Flaps 5 for the 777 is missing in the program.
It would be nice if it is included in the next version.
thanks a lot

Hello,

For the moment I haven't found any constructor data (FCOM, FPPM) about flaps other than 15 for this aircraft.
If you have this information, I take..

I have searched the PMDG FCOM1 and 2 and could not find takeoff speeds for flaps5.
In the turtorial page 48 is written
"5 is a standard takeoff flap setting for the 777 and will work well for most short to medium flights in the PMDG 777-200LR/F"

this link shows a document from Boeing
http://www.boeing.com/assets/pdf/commerc...2lr3er.pdf
from page 50 they show diagrams for RWY lenght weight and flaps.
It is not 100% what you need but perhaps you can get some more information from this diagrams
