LIMIT "error"
#1
Hello,

I'm using ToPS 1.0.6 with P3D v4.1 and PMDG 737.

I setted up the aircraft and the program properly, but when i press compute i get a red color font saying DTO MTOW LIMIT.
I think the program wants to tell me that i exceed the aircraft TOW limit but i dont as i can see in the FMC.
No matter what airport/runway and payload/fuel/thrust /flap configuration I try, I'm always getting DTO MTOW LIMIT.

EDIT: I can see the runway length is 2102 ft but in reality its 2102 meters which is ~6896 ft.

best regards.

I think the runway you want to use is to small for your configuration.

for be sure, verify on the FCOM.

Thanks for your answer.

The runway length is not 2102ft its 2102meters which should be ~6896ft.

Greetings

You have write for the meter/feet conversion, I did a mistake. I correct that for the next release.
But it just a graphic impact.
I still believe that your conf is not possible, try to decrease your tow in the tops box for test.

I even choosed a longer runway and decreased the TOW to almost empty, still get this limit error.

Hi all,

I did the test with the v1.0.7 and the result seams to be good :

Somehow, I can't get it to work properly, even with the new version  Huh

edit: I just installed it on my Windows10 flightsim computer, and there it worked! But not on my networked (WideClient active) Windows7 PC!?

Indeed, these are the key-differences between the two PC's:

Flightsim PC (ToPS works fine):
  • Prepar3d V4.1 with FSUIPC installed
  • English Windows10 Pro version
Add-on PC (ToPS doesn't work properly):
  • WideClient installed
  • Dutch Windows7 Enterprise version
Both have .NET 4.7 installed (should be language independent)

Everytime I try the program on a different PC, I need a new activationcode, so I stopped testing  Undecided
